Personal Data Processing Consent Agreement

Hereby, in accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing of personal data by JSC "CRYSTAL": collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, transfer solely for the purpose of selling software in your name as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction.

JSC "CRYSTAL" guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purposes of effective execution of orders, contracts and other obligations accepted by JSC "CRYSTAL" as mandatory for execution.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the software copyright holder, distributor or reseller for the purpose of software registration in your name, you give consent to the transfer of your personal data. JSC "CRYSTAL" guarantees that the software copyright holder, distributor or reseller protects personal data under terms similar to those stated in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following your personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, shipping postal address, contact phone number, payment details.

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website https://scintx.ru/, as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of JSC "CRYSTAL", which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of JSC "CRYSTAL".

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate and reliable, and that the provision of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, legal rights and interests of third parties. All the information provided has been filled out by me in relation to myself personally.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
